1. No-Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. By completing your subscription purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Automatic Renewals — No Refunds

Your subscription renews automatically every 30 days from your original payment date. PayPal charges your payment method on file without additional confirmation.

• You can check your next renewal date in your PayPal account → Payments → Manage Automatic Payments
• Cancelling stops all future charges — you keep access until the end of the paid period
• We do not send renewal reminder emails, so it is your responsibility to track your billing date

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops all future charges — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

In both cases, cancellation takes effect immediately — no further charges will occur. You retain full access until the end of your current paid period.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date
• Not using the service during the subscription period
• Dissatisfaction with score outcomes — SATDrill provides study tools, not score guarantees
• Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., internet connectivity, device compatibility)

If you experience a billing error (e.g., duplicate charge), please contact us at support@satdrill.com and we will investigate promptly.

5. User Consent

Before completing any subscription purchase on SATDrill, you are required to check a box confirming that you have read and agreed to this no-refund policy. This constitutes your explicit consent under applicable consumer protection laws.

Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Use violations are not eligible for any consideration.
