1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to SATDrill (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website at satdrill.com and any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SATDrill is an adaptive SAT preparation platform designed for US high school students. The Service includes:

• SAT Math and Reading & Writing concept study materials
• Adaptive mock tests using multi-stage testing (MST) technology
• Full-length SAT exam simulations
• Vocabulary flashcards and spaced-repetition study tools
• Grammar drills and writing practice
• Personalized weakness analysis and targeted drill sessions
• Performance reports, score projections, and PDF exports

Some features are available for free; others require a paid subscription (Pro or Premium). Feature availability by plan is described on our Pricing page.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately at support@satdrill.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access the Service through your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans (Pro and Premium) are billed on a monthly basis through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• Free Plan: The free tier is provided at no cost and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
• Share, reproduce, or redistribute our content, questions, or practice materials outside of personal study use
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the Service
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits others' use or enjoyment of the Service
• Commercially exploit, resell, or sublicense any part of the Service without our prior written consent

6. Intellectual Property

All content on SATDrill — including but not limited to practice questions, explanations, concept guides, UI design, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to SATDrill and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

SAT® is a registered trademark of College Board, which is not affiliated with SATDrill and does not endorse this product. Our practice questions are original content created for educational purposes and are not reproduced from official College Board materials.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial study purposes only.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information about you. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.

We take data security seriously. Student data is not sold to third parties. We collect usage data (e.g., questions answered, scores, session times) solely to improve your learning experience and provide personalized recommendations.

8. Educational Disclaimer

SATDrill is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by College Board, ACT, or any other testing organization. Score estimates and performance projections provided by the Service are based on our adaptive scoring model and are intended for practice guidance only — they do not guarantee actual SAT scores.

Results vary by student. Consistent, diligent practice is the most important factor in score improvement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SATDRILL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Service Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that affect paid subscribers.

Planned maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions due to factors outside our reasonable control (e.g., server outages, third-party service failures, natural disasters).

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@satdrill.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees unless required by law or our Refund Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which SATDrill operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, through binding arbitration or competent courts.
